Idea: Travel cake

Thought of someone who loves rhubarb and fruit cakes (he will recognize himself i think).

A white chocolate cake with its rhubarb syrup, raspberries and pieces of rhubarb. Inside, an insert with raspberry and rhubarb “compote” (and maybe a once of honey?)
