Taiwanese breakfast: the radish cake

26 Oct

I nearly have tried everything i guess, so i asked Taiwanese people if there were some other special dishes for breakfast. They told me “Luo Bo Gao”. What the hell is that thing? I googled it and found out it was a radish cake. Ah yeah! I had seen it several times but i always thought it was fish… Yeah, the time when i’ll know everything i eat here is far…

So this morning i went for a Luo Bo Gao. Result: the thing in itself doesn’t have much taste, it’s like a rice cake: soft and white. The only thing that gives taste is the sauce. It’s not bad, but that’s not my favorite neither.
