Small bread filled with green onion. Their “feuilletés” are quite different, with sesamy, but nice. I just would add some salt if possible.The dough is the same as the one used for Shaobing i guess.

Have you tried 蔥抓餅 yet? I eat them for breakfast, but you can get them as snacks anywhere. They’re a cross between this bun and a 蛋餅.
Yeah i tried them on a night market, it’s my favorite food actually! XDD Thanks for telling me! Do you know something else that i could try?? :d
