This is a recipe that my grand mother gave me. 🙂

Grand mother’s Apple Cake

Ingredients:
– 75g of butter (and some oil)
– 150g of sugar
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 4 eggs
– 250g of flour
– one pinch of salt
– 1 sachet chemical yeast
– 7 apples
– milk if needed

Preheat your oven at 220°C (thermostat 6).
Use the bain-marie technic to melt the butter, then add the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one by one while turning over the preparation. Add the flour, salt, and yeast. If you see that the dough is not fluid enough, add milk.

Peel the apples and cut them roughly. Then put the apples and the dough in a mold.
Cook for about 15mn. Use your knife to see if it’s cooked.

Une recette de ma grand-mère!

Gâteau aux pommes de ma Grand-mère

Ingrédients:
– 75g de beurre (et un peu d’huile)
– 150g de sucre
– 1 sachet de sucre vanillĂ©
– 4 oeufs
– 250g de farine
6 une pincée de sel
– un sachet de levure chimique
– du lait si nĂ©cessaire
– 7 pommes acides

Préchauffer le four à 220°C (thermostat 6).
Faire fondre le beurre au bain-marie, rajouter les sucres, les oeufs un Ă  un en remuant entre chaque, la farine, le sel et la levure. Si la pâte n’est pas assez liquide, rajouter du lait. Éplucher les pommes grossièrement. Verser le tout dans un moule.

Cuire environ 15mn, vous pouvez utiliser le couteau pour vérifier la cuisson.
